Terms of Service

Welcome to SupremoBOT, a sophisticated solution crafted by 818Diego (“Bot Creator”). By incorporating SupremoBOT into your Discord server, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the terms and conditions stipulated in this Agreement. Should you disagree with any part of this Agreement, you are advised to refrain from using the Bot.

1. License

818Diego grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SupremoBOT strictly for your personal or internal business purposes in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

Your usage of SupremoBOT is subject to the following restrictions. You shall not, nor permit any third party to:

  • Copy, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, sell, sublicense, or transfer the Bot or any portion thereof;
  • Utilize the Bot for purposes other than its intended use;
  • Employ the Bot to harass, abuse, defame, threaten, or otherwise violate the legal rights (including but not limited to privacy and publicity rights) of others;
  • Transmit or upload any material containing viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time-bombs, or any other harmful programs or elements through the Bot;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Bot or any part thereof;
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Bot or any part thereof;
  • Use the Bot in contravention of any applicable laws or regulations.

3. Intellectual Property

818Diego retains all rights, title, and interest in and to SupremoBOT, including all related intellectual property rights. This includes but is not limited to copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and patents.

4. Termination

This Agreement remains effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by removing SupremoBOT from your Discord server. 818Diego reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time without notice.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

SupremoBOT is provided "as is," and 818Diego disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. 818Diego does not warrant that SupremoBOT will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any errors will be corrected.

6. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall 818Diego be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from or in connection with this Agreement, even if 818Diego has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 818Diego and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from or in connection with your use of SupremoBOT.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [your country or state], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

9. Modification of Agreement

818Diego reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. Should a revision be material, 818Diego will provide notice prior to the new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at 818Diego's sole discretion.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and 818Diego regarding the use of SupremoBOT and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, pertaining to the subject matter hereof.

11. Waiver and Severability

The failure of 818Diego to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

By adding SupremoBOT to your Discord server, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you must refrain from using SupremoBOT.
